Due to high order volumes during our sale period, there may be delays in processing and dispatching your order. Rest assured, we’re working hard to get your items to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and support!

PROCESSING TIMES Once you place your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing. Orders placed over the weekend will be fulfilled by Monday or Tuesday, depending on order volume. After your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details. Please note, couriers may take a few days to update tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
USA (Domestic)

  • Delivery Time: 4 to 13 business days
  • Shipping Fee: $8.95 USD flat rate 
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $110 USD

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • We are currently only shipping domestically within the USA but will be expanding to worldwide shipping very soon!
  • Delivery times may vary due to factors like weather, courier delays, holidays, or weekends.

FAILED DELIVERY
If delivery fails, here’s how we can assist:

  • Re-Delivery Attempts: In some cases, we can coordinate with the courier for re-delivery. This depends on the courier’s policies and availability.
  • Additional Fees: If the failed delivery is due to reasons within your control (e.g., incorrect address, unavailability to receive the package), additional re-delivery fees may apply. These fees are determined by the courier.
  • Customer Responsibility: Ensure your shipping details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the package on the estimated delivery date.
